All requests are subject to availability and confirmation. When requesting reservation, plase include:
1. Passenger or Group Name
2. Dates of service
3. Hotel category
4. Exact services requested
5. Arrival dates and flights
CUSTOMIZED ITINERARIES:
PYRAMIS INTERNATIONAL is fully prepared to quote any itinerary or arrangements not listed in this tariff. Our strong buying power and experienced staff will offer you the right price and the most efficient service.
AGREEMENT:
All agreements will be effected and confirmed in Athens and shall only be construed according to the Greek Law.
PAYMENT PROCEDURE:
Full payment must be received by PYRAMIS INTERNATIONAL at the latest upon arrival of clients. Late payment will result in automatic cancellation. Passenger will not be accepted unless full payment has been received. PYRAMIS INTERNATIONAL accepts payment ONLY by the following methods:
1. BANK DRAFT
2. BANK SWIFT payable to ALPHA CREDIT BANK OF GREECE,
Philellinon Branch, favour PYRAMIS HOLIDAYS
PERSONAL CHECKS NOT ACCEPTED
In accordance with the Greek Government regulations, payments must be made in any currency by bank transfer or bank check.
LIABILITY:
Notice is hereby given for all legal purposes, that transportation tickets, excursions, hotels and any other service vouchers, are issued exclusively in our capacity as intermediaries between the client and Transportation Companies engaged for the services, Hotel Owners and / or Contractors rendering the services covered by above mentioned documents.
Therefore we decline any and all liability reason of any loss or damage, injury, accident, delay or irregularity of whatsoever nature, be it by fault and/or negligence on the part of any.
Minimum stay for all hotels 2 nights.
For accommodation only, a handling fee of € 5 P/P should be added in all prices.
Company or person in charge of the holders of said documents, or engaged in conveying the passengers, or in carrying out the arrangements of the tours and/or service in question, or for any other causes of whatsoever nature, and absolutely strange to this Agency.
VOUCHERS:
«Vouchers» should be drawn on our firm whenever reservations are made through us. Vouchers should indicate all services requested to be provided to clients.
CANCELLATION FEES:
For last moment cancellation and/or «NO-SHOW» clients, hotels are entitled to charge for accommodation not used or not released sufficiently in advance. Such charges amount to at least one day accommodation but may involve the whole period contracted,
Especially during the high season. We always try to avoid such fees, in order to maintain our good sense of co-operation, but in case our suppliers insist, we shall have no alternative, but to transfer to your account the amount involved.
COMPLAINTS:
All complaints for any kind of service provided should be reported at once to the PYRAMIS HOLIDAYS office in Athens, or to our local representing travel agency. No complaint will be accepted after client’s departure, if the event has not been reported during the client’s stay.
BADGES AND ARMBANDS:
Our interpreters may wear your badge or armband.
BANK HOURS:
Monday through Friday: 09.00am to 14.00pm hours. CLOSED on Saturdays and Sundays.
PYRAMIS WORKING HOURS:
Monday to Friday: 09.00am to 18.00pm
Saturday: 09.00am - 14.00pm hours.
Sunday: CLOSED
SPECIAL RATES:
Special rates for big volume of traffic, upon request.
GROUP RATES:
Group considered 15 persons and over, 1 free is provided every 25 paying pax.
