Day  1st: Athens – Cape Sounion Optional Tour

 

Arrival in Athens airport and transfer to the hotel. The afternoon is free for a first walk in Athens or for relaxation at the hotel.

For those who doesn’t want to waste any time, we recommend the Cape Sounion optional tour, that is available from April to October. During the tour you can enjoy the drive along the coastal road, passing the beautiful beaches of Glyfada, Vouliagmeni and Varkiza to the south most point of Attica, Cape Sounion, where the white marble pillars of the Temple of Poseidon stand. On the way, you have a splendid view of the Saronic Gulf and the little islands offshore.After visiting the Temple of Poseidon , you have time to take a walk on the rocky promontory of Sounion. Overnight at the hotel.

 

Day 2nd: Athens City Tour – Athens by Night Tour

 

Breakfast at the hotel and we depart for the half day Athens City Tour.  

This tour gives you an opportunity to observe the striking contrasts that make Athens such a fascinating city. Our expert guides take you to see the center of the city.  Constitution Square (Syntagma), the House of Parliament, the Memorial to the Unknown Soldier and the National Library.  Driving down Herod Atticus Street, you will see the Evzones in their picturesque uniform and the Presidential Palace.  On your way to the acropolis you will see the Hadrian’s Arch, visit the Temple of Olympian Zeus and you will make a short stop at the Panathenaic Stadium where the first Olympic Games of the modern era were held in 1896.  On the Acropolis visit the architectural masterpieces of the Golden Age of Athens: the Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erectheion and finally “the harmony between material and spirit”, the monument that “puts order in the mind”, the Parthenon.

After the Athens Tour we have the afternoon free to rest or to take a walk in Athens. For the evening you will enjoy the Athens By Night optional Tour. Your evening will start with a drive to Piraeus and its natural harbors, such as lively Zea with its busy yacht marina and tiny Mikrolimano , one of the most picturesque corners of Piraeus. Then, return to Athens for dinner in Plaka, the old city, in a typical Greek tavern with folk music and dancers. Overnight at the hotel.

 

Day 3rd: Athens  - 4 day Cruise

 

Breakfast at the hotel and we depart for the Piraeus port. Embarkation on the Cruise Boat for the 4 days Cruise and departure from Piraeus at 11:00. We arrive at Mykonos at 18:30 and we have the afternoon at leisure in the beautiful island. You can take a walk at the picturesque port of Mykonos. Departure from Mykonos at 23:00. Overnight on board.

 

Day 4th: Kusadasi (Tourkey) – Patmos

 

We arrive at Kusadasi at 07:00 and we have the morning free to explore the city or join the Ephesus & the House of Virgin Mary optional Tour. At 12:00 we sail from Kusadasi and we arrive at Patmos at 16:30. We have the afternoon at leisure on the island where you can take the St. John’s Monastery & Grotto of the Apocalypse optional tour. Departure from Patmos at 21:00. Overnight on board.

 

Day 5th: Rhodes

 

We arrive at the beautiful Rhodes at 07:00. We have half day at leisure in order to see the island or take one of the available optional tours. We leave Rhodes at 18:00. Overnight on board.

 

Day 6th: Heraklion - Santorini

 

Arrival at Heraklion at 07:00 and we have 3 hours at leisure to see the beautiful port. We sail from Heraklion at 11:00 and we reach the port of Santorini at 16:30. Free time to explore the beautiful Fira or join the Volcanic Caldera optional tour. We depart from Santorini at 21:00. Overnight on board.

 

 

We arrive at Piraeus at 7:00. We depart for the Athens airport to take the return flight.
